Room rates are for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years. Additional persons surcharge applies thereafter. Extra person $10.00 per day (ages 12 & over)

Cancellation Policy:

Please note: Any reservation is subject to a cancellation fee as security for all kinds of alterations/cancellations that might possibly occur:

- cancellation fee during peak season: $200
- cancellation fee during off-peak seasons: $100

The cancellation fee as stated above has to be paid as security in advance within 10 days on making reservation.

Cancellation fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show or early departure.

Room rates are non-refundable in case of departure ahead of schedule.

Arrival / Departures

Check In:
Check in time 2 pm.

Check Out:
Check out time is 10 am.

Parking:
As parking is at a premium, only one car per room unless prior arrangements have been made. Your parking permit must be displayed on your dashboard. Vehicles parked without a permit will be towed away at owner's expense.

Damages / Liabilities:
Please note: a $25.00 cleaning charge will be added to your final bill if rooms are not left in same condition as found - all damages / breakages to be paid for.

Smoking inside the rooms is not allowed and any evidence of this will result in a penalty charge of $50.

Optional room service $5 per day.

No pets allowed.

High speed internet available for free.
